The short version: Game Room is for fun. Coins are play money. You can buy more coins if you want to, but coins can never be cashed out, sold or traded, and there are no real-money prizes.
1. What Game Room is
Game Room is a free-to-play website with casino-style games for entertainment only. It is not real-money gambling. You don't need to pay to play: every player gets free starting coins and a free Daily Wheel.
2. Coins
- Coins are virtual play money. They have no cash value.
- Coins can't be redeemed, cashed out, withdrawn, sold, traded, gifted or sent to another player, for money or anything else.
- Coins aren't your property. They're a limited permission to use them in Game Room. We may change coin amounts, prices or games, and coins may be removed if the service shuts down.
3. Buying coins
- Buying coins is optional. You must be 18 or older to buy.
- Payments are made in Bitcoin through a third-party checkout. We never see your bank or card details.
- All sales are final and there are no refunds, except where the law says otherwise.
- Coin purchases aren't available in Washington state, or anywhere they aren't allowed by law.
4. Your account and Coin Key
- Your account is created automatically. Your Coin Key is your login: anyone who has it can use your coins.
- Keep your Coin Key safe and private. We can't recover a lost Coin Key.
- We may suspend accounts or remove coins that come from cheating, bugs, abuse or breaking these terms.
5. Fair games
Results are decided by a random number generator. The 98.1% payback shown on each game is the long-run average return of that game's math. Any single session can be much higher or lower.
6. Play for fun
If playing stops being fun, take a break. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.
7. The fine print
Game Room is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost coins, lost data, downtime or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 30 days. We may update these terms; using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
